Are jews a lost Vedic Tribe ?

I have always said that Judaism (Like every other religion, civilization) stems from Vedic Hinduism.
My previous links were
1. The star of David.
2. 12 sons of Israel , who are represented by 12 signs of astrology which are ditto as hindu astrology
3. The word Arya , which is a sanskrit word means a noble man in sanskrit , also has the same meaning in Hebrew
4. Kharoshti Script which is extremely similar to Armaic , from which hebrew is derived

I was researching again and found that Buddhist have a ritual called Upostha , based on Lunar calender where for 4–5 times a month they observe fast . Not only do they observe fast they also abstain from Music , dancing , cooking , sexual activities, trade of any sort , working , bad thoughts and concentrate on repentance , monk type ascetic life and listen to and read holy book.
On more search i found that it comes from the sanskrit word Upavastha , which was a vedic practice and had same rules.
Upavastha ofcourse is the modern day Upawas where Hindu women keep fast and pray to a deity on a weekly basis.
The words sound so similar , Upawastha and Sabbath .
Same rituals , actions. once a week .
It is still practised in all Buddhist Countries and in Myanmar it is called Upostha/Sabbath .
